Clear Creek Home Improvements is a locally owned remodeling and general contracting company based in Poolville, Texas. Since 2003, we have worked with homeowners throughout Parker County and selected surrounding areas on remodeling, home additions, structural modifications, windows and doors, masonry, outdoor living projects, and other residential improvements.
I’m Kevin Gwyn, the owner of Clear Creek Home Improvements. When you contact Clear Creek, you work directly with me. I meet with you, review the project, discuss what you want to accomplish, prepare the proposal, and stay involved throughout the job.
A Personal Approach to Remodeling
Every project is different. I enjoy looking at an existing space, understanding what the homeowner wants to change, and working through the details needed to make it happen. Some projects are straightforward. Others involve structural changes, unusual layouts, hidden conditions, or several different trades working together. Those are often the projects I enjoy the most.
My job is not simply to sell you a project. It is to understand what you are trying to accomplish, help work through the details, and coordinate the people needed to get the work done correctly.
Work Directly With Kevin
When you hire Clear Creek Home Improvements, you are not handed off to a salesperson or project manager. I meet with you personally, review the project, answer questions, prepare the written proposal, and coordinate the work from beginning to end.
I also work with experienced craftsmen and subcontractors I know and trust and would feel comfortable having work in my own home.

The principles behind Clear Creek Home Improvements are simple: honesty, integrity, and quality. We are not trying to be the cheapest contractor. Our goal is to provide good value through careful planning, straightforward communication, appropriate materials, trusted craftsmen, and quality workmanship.
When something unexpected comes up, I believe the right approach is to communicate it clearly, deal with it honestly, and work toward the proper solution.
Our Story
Clear Creek Home Improvements began in 2003 after Kelly and I were married. I moved from Amarillo, where I had previously owned a business, to the Fort Worth area, and we started the company soon afterward.
More than two decades later, Clear Creek remains a small, owner-led company. Many of our customers have hired us for multiple projects or referred us to friends and family. That trust is important to us, and we work to earn it on every project.
The Clear Creek Name
The name Clear Creek comes from Clear Creek in Colorado, where I have good childhood memories of fishing with my grandfather. The name is personal to me, but it also fits the way I believe business should be conducted — clearly, honestly, and without making things more complicated than they need to be.
What We Believe
Kelly and I are followers of Jesus, and that is an important part of who we are. We do not claim to be perfect, but we believe honesty, integrity, humility, keeping your word, and treating people properly should be reflected in the way a business is operated.
For me, those are not advertising words. They are the standard I want Clear Creek Home Improvements to live by.
