Referral Reward Program
When you refer someone to Clear Creek Home Improvements LLC and they become a client, you may be eligible to receive a referral reward after their project is completed and final payment has been received.
Repeat Customer Discount
As a thank-you to past clients, Clear Creek Home Improvements LLC offers a 2% repeat customer discount on qualifying future projects, up to a maximum discount of $1,500.
The discount is based on the original signed contract amount and is applied toward the final payment of the project.
Program Rules
The referral must be brought to Clear Creek Home Improvements LLC’s attention before or during the first meeting with the referred client.
The referral reward will be paid after final payment has been received for the referred project.
Referral rewards and repeat customer discounts are based on the original signed contract amount. Change orders, additional work, allowances, and future contracts are not included.
The repeat customer discount is applied toward the final payment of the project.
Repeat customer discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or referral rewards unless approved in writing by Clear Creek Home Improvements LLC.
Payments over $599.99 require a completed W-9, and a 1099 may be issued in accordance with IRS requirements.
Clear Creek Home Improvements LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
